With due respect, this is a sincere request regarding the common practice of prescribing specific physiotherapy modalities like IFT, SWD, Ultrasound, TENS, hot fomentation, exercises, etc. directly on prescription papers.

Physiotherapy is not merely machine-based treatment — it is a clinical science based on detailed assessment, clinical reasoning, functional diagnosis, and individualized rehabilitation planning.

A patient’s physiotherapy needs may vary depending on:
✔️ Stage of healing
✔️ Pain mechanism
✔️ Movement dysfunction
✔️ Strength & mobility deficits
✔️ Functional goals

When only specific modalities are mentioned, patients often become restricted to those treatments and hesitate to accept other clinically appropriate interventions advised by the Physiotherapist.

बेल्स पाल्सी हा एक असा आजार आहे ज्यामध्ये चेहऱ्याच्या एका बाजूचे स्नायू अचानक कमकुवत होतात किंवा हलणे बंद होते.

👉 यामध्ये दिसणारी लक्षणे: • चेहरा एका बाजूला वाकणे
• डोळा पूर्णपणे बंद न होणे
• हसताना तोंड वाकडे दिसणे
• बोलण्यात अडचण

❄️ हिवाळ्यात हा आजार जास्त प्रमाणात दिसतो, कारण थंड हवामानाचा चेहऱ्याच्या नसांवर परिणाम होतो.

🧠 सायटिका म्हणजे काय?

सायटिका ही अशी वेदना आहे जी कंबरपासून नितंब, मांडी आणि पायाच्या टोकापर्यंत जाते.
ही वेदना सायटिक नर्व्ह नावाच्या मोठ्या नसांवर दाब आल्यामुळे होते.

⚠️ सायटिकाचे सामान्य कारणे:

स्लिप डिस्क किंवा मणक्यांमधील डिस्क सरकणे

जास्त वेळ बसून राहणे किंवा चुकीचे पोस्चर

पाठीच्या स्नायूंचा ताण किंवा आकडी

वजन उचलताना चुकीची पद्धत

💡 वेदना कमी करण्यासाठी उपयुक्त टिप्स:

✅ बसताना आणि उभं राहताना शरीराची स्थिती (Posture) नीट ठेवा
✅ सतत बसून राहू नका — दर अर्ध्या तासाने थोडं चालून या
✅ पहिल्या दोन दिवसांत Cold Pack लावा
✅ नंतर Hot pack लावल्याने स्नायू सैल होतात
