Discovered this after a long period in the second portion of the duodenum. Almost 20cm long. Only mild symptoms of dyspepsia in a young lady of 35 yrs were present. Can you identify it? 🤔💊👀💡

Last week, had the privilege to perform Neonatal Gastroscopy of 18-hour old baby for foreign body removal. This baby swallowed the accidentally dislodged laryngoscope bulb while intubating for respiratory distress. We could remove it with our Pediatric Gastroscope and snare. Baby doing well and discharged also after improvement in respiratory condition 😀👼
