Acute Case: 3

Name:
Age\sex: 32\F.
Address: Aurangabad.
Occupation: Sales women.
Year: 02\12\'13

A) C\O:

1) Patient came with a history of Boil in Left axillary region since 8 days.
2) Pain (+++) Throbbing in character.
3) Fever with chills (intermittent).
4) Restricted movement of left upper limb above shoulder level. (+++).
5) Headache (Throbbing in character)

B) O\E (on examination):
- Redness (++)
- Burning (+++)
- Area of boil Warm on touch.
- Tenderness (+++)

C) No K\H\O: Skin Disease\Viral infections\any other illness.

D) Vitals: WNL (within Normal Limits)

4) Rx: Belladonna x Thrice a Day x 7 days.
(Potency is not mentioned to avoid risk of self prescription).

5) Follow Up: (only 1 FU)

--> Alhamdulillah (All praise to "ALLAH")! She was completely cured without prescribing much antibiotics, Analgesics, Antihistamine (allopathic) drugs, moreover She was relieved from pain & burning in 24 hrs & the complete cure took place in a span of 3 days.

Date: 10\11\2013 (Case Taking)

A) Totality of Symptoms after case taking & Evaluation:-

1) Onset of psoriasis in the year 1988 (Gradually), from Right abdominal region.
2) Dryness (+++) esp. in winters\cold weather.
3) Itching (+++) which results in bleeding esp. in the area of joints.
4) Burning (+++) esp. in summers & after scratching.

B) Concomitant's:
5) Irritability (+++) because of the disease.

C) Modalities: -

1) Sudden onset of Breathlessness since 3 days (Because of intake of Cold Juice)
2) Congestion of Respiratory Tract. (++)
3) Cough with Expectoration intermittently (Thick white sputum).
4) Headache complete, only during such attack of URTI.
5) When patient coughs he feels like he should tear his throat.
