Rehabilitation after maxillary mucormycosis surgery it's really challenging to duplicate shape of maxilla in free flaps in 3 dimensions which still achievable though what about total rehabilitation
1. Teeth for chewing food
2. Maintained crown root root ratio in fibula after thickened soft tissue pedicle attached
3. What about extensive long duration surgeries after compromised lung due to covid .

In this new era why not to opt for customized titanium maxilla with incorporated cnc milled socket of desired implants in same prosthesis avoiding additional operating site and easy rehabilitation using fix teeth on top of it .

Currently working and planning few more cases 🙂
