Hello Everyone,
I’m Rucha Chobe from Pune, and I’m overjoyed to share the news of the arrival of my beautiful baby boy on 11th March 2025, weighing 2.8 kg. Though my due date was originally 23rd March, after careful discussion with my doctor, we opted for a planned C-section.
Both of us are doing well, and I owe a big thank you to @919423745788 Ma’am and her entire team for their constant support and care.
I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the invaluable guidance provided through the Garbh Sanskar classes. The yoga techniques and pranayama practices I learned truly helped me experience a smooth pregnancy journey.
This was my second pregnancy. In the beginning, I faced challenges like a short cervical length and hypothyroidism, but with the help of consistent yoga and breathing exercises, everything stabilized, and I had no complications moving forward.
Just five hours after my C-section, under the physiotherapist’s guidance, I was encouraged to begin walking and gentle movement. To my surprise, I was able to do this quite comfortably, and the physiotherapist even asked what kind of exercises I had been practicing during pregnancy! I credit this ease to the yoga sessions that kept my body flexible and strong.
Not only is my baby active, but I’m also feeling energetic and fresh. In fact, many of my relatives who visited me in the hospital commented on how fresh I looked and said it didn’t seem like I had just delivered!
However, the postpartum journey came with its own challenges. Lactation was quite difficult for the first two weeks, with cracked and bleeding ni***es. Although I was told it wouldn’t be an issue as this was my second baby, things didn’t go as expected. That’s when @919822670160 Ma’am stepped in guidance was true gamechanger. Her timely advice and support helped me get through this phase, and now breastfeeding is going smoothly. I’m so grateful for her guidance.
