To provide job oriented vocational training for the deaf and Differently Abled. To provide disable friendly jobs in every sector to Differently Abled. To train deaf as a future leader or teacher in Indian Sign language. To provide tutorial and coaching classes to Differently Abled. To Empowering the deaf women’s in life skills for their rights and bring them in to mainstream. To provide moral education for transforming the lives of differently abled. To establish the Special schools as a model in our state, to get free facilities to differently abled. To Provide educational, spiritual, moral literature and stories in digital media using heart languages for transforming the lives of Differently Abled. To Establish the Higher Secondary Collages and University to Differently abled.

Our Story

In 2011, Our family came to Aurangabad, Most of the deaf were at home (Jobless) , who is seeking the Job opportunity in Aurangabad Region, then we came to know, there were not a single organization in Aurangabad Region, to help them and find the Job. Shalmon Dongre ( President of PLC ) his wife Kirti Dongre ( CEO of PLC ) were able to address their actual needs, we started to equip them, visit various places, meet the various deaf clubs, visits various schools, home visits, planning and organized to kind of workshop who is looking for the job. Planning to meet various CEO’s of companies, interacting with them, explaining about the deaf culture, slowly society started to accept them in the society. After few months 6 deaf got the job in International Company (Wall-Mart, Aurangabad) This was the first achievement in Aurangabad to bring them in mainstream and to help them for sustainability.

We realized there are many deaf around 1500 Adult deaf, who don’t have proper job, then we started to thinking to established organization , In 2012 we established organization PROGRESSIVE LIFE CENTER with vision , To enhance the life of differently challenged to get in the society through skill development program, vocational training and Placement Services. Our Aim and Purpose to this society, to provide best and quality education to deaf and differently able so they will be great leaders in their own field. As per our experience building a leader is a big task, but if you think and implement one day you will get success, no matter how much time it takes.

Progressive Live Center is trust of organization, it believes on handwork, consistency, and transparency. PLC is run by trustees of the organization, is completely dedicated and committed to Deaf and Differently able Society of India. Thousands of Deaf and Differently able are still waiting for good and quality education, higher education, University for Differently able in India. PLC have vision to start 1st Higher College for differently able in the coming years. To achieve this goal, PLC needs your Help!
