Marathawada Sanskrutik Mandal (MSM) laid its inception in 1962 in Aurangabad (MS) India. MSM is registered under the Public Trust Act, 1964 with the object of promoting physical education, sports, culture, and recreational activities. Being profoundly involved in promoting Sports, MSM has conducted various sports activities and encouraged players by providing facilities and opportunities to show their skills. MSM encourages physical education and also works to create awareness among young generation to look at sports as a carrier option. Focusing this aim, MSM came up with a pioneering idea of a special college for physical education and thus MSM's College of Physical Education was formed. It has a bifocal course i.e. academic and physical education, which is first of its kind in India. All the activities of MSM flourish in the state-of-the-art infrastructure named “Sanskruti” located in the very heart of city. It is crafted to complement the various activities performed. It has a spacious playground with a gallery which accommodates 20,000 spectators. The campus also holds different grounds such as running track, volley ball courts, jumping pits etc. It also has a badminton hall, gymnasium hall and a basket ball court. Since its embarkment, MSM has innovatively worked and carried out various cultural and recreational activities. MSM also endeavor to serve the society at large through health and fitness programs.
