Mumbai: In a recent survey conducted among Poorvanchali Mumbaikar, the things that came on front i.e. due to villanious work & initiative of Kripashankar Singh & Sanjay Nirupam, Poorvanchalis Mumbaikar feel ignored & insulted due to non-representation in recently appointed Mumbai Regional Congress Committee Officebearers List of All India Congress Committee.

Majority feels that Kripashankar & Nirupam who bacame riches from rags using placards of Poorvanchalis has betrayed them.
Only Unorganised Workers Leader like Bhai Janardan Singh came to their rescue in Corona Period when they most need them keeping Congress Flag high among Poorvanchali Mumbaikars".

Many ask,"Why he can't represent & lead we Poorvanchalis in MRCC? Does MRCC have any non-muslim better alternative then him?" In event of failure, they threatened to shift their loyalty to BJP & Shiv Sena in coming BMC election.

When Bhai Janardan Singh contacted for comment,"he was of view that he is a loyal soldier of Congress, Rahul Gandhi being his role model & will continue working in the capacity as decided by AICC & MRCC decisionmakers".

Kripashankar & Nirupam were also tried to be contacted on this issue but they were out of reach. Note,"Kripashankar has joined BJP & Nirupam not in good taste in Congress. Nirupam is more a liability then an asset for Congress as well as Poorvanchalis Mumbaikar".

"BMC BUREAUCRATS DEEPLY ENTRENCHED IN CORRUPTION"

CORONA BROUGHT CORRUPT BMC BUREAUCRATS CLOSE TO MUMBAI'S DALAL POLITICIANS RESULTING INTO WHEELING DEALING IN BMC AT THE COST OF BETRAYED MUMBAI UNORGANISED WORKERS

Mumbai (BMC): Unorganised Workers Leaders demand CID/ CBI probe into ongoing BMC Loot. Their Representative, Janardan Singh, Mumbai President of All India Unorganised Workers Congress of All India Congress Committee and National General Secretary of All India Workers Trade Union of Progressive Workers & Peasants of India stressing it's necessity, delved into detail and said that there are two Corona Eras in BMC,"One Pravin Pardeshi Era & Second Post Pravin Pardeshi Era".

In Corona's Pravin Pardeshi Era,"Due to Non-Responsive Maharashtra Government, In 1st & 2nd Lockdown in Corona Period, BMC lacked Medical Logistics but was good at Relief Front and inspite of all discrepancies tried to play well alongwith Leaders of Unorganised Workers. Corrupt BMC Bureaucrats were kept at bay & Mumbai Dalal Politicians were not allowed to delve in. Everything were moving but Slow & more pace was required BUT one thing that was lacking was Corruption & finally Corruption had its way.

These Sidelined Dalal Politicians and Corrupt BMC Bureaucrats got together and on narratives of slow pace and growing Corona initiated Post Pravin Pardeshi Corona Period. Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray removed BMC Commissioner Pravin Pardeshi and Additional Commissioner Jayshree Bhoj. Their removal made these corrupt cronies have their own playing field by bringing in a set of 8 IAS Officers. All BMC 7 Zones headed by an IAS making the leader of the Gang a Senior IAS presuming,"All to be Well".

From hencewith, the Game Starts. These Volleys of IAS on pretext of concentrating on increasing Medical Logistics - need of the hour, completely left aside Relief Work at the hand of BMC Bureaucrats and their Godfathers i.e Dalal Politicians.

Result started pouring in. Medical Logistics improved but rampant corruption delved in.

All CDOs headed by AC (Planning), who till yesterday feared doing wrong started being cool under camouflage,"Dalal Politicians".

What has happened has happened - the ground work. Now, started paper work. Money in cash & kind infused by Maharashtra Government. Local Corporates were also made to infuse money in cash and kind (NGOs were already there) and thus there was Surplus. But this Surplus never get transmitted down to whom it was called for. All associated Unorganised Workers Leaders were shunted of and came powerful Dalal Politicians having access to Matoshri and patronage of none less than the Giant - the Godfather of Present Maharashtra Government Sharad Pawar.

Now, everything till date on paper. Hardly 10%-20% reaching the beneficiaries. The Current Chandal-Chokadi rest assured that nothing will happen to them as,"Saiya Bhaiya Kotwal, Dhar abh kahe ka".

Even the new band of 8 BMC incharge IAS Officers have surrendered before them and have no Guts to put hand on them. They have in process lost morality as they themselves are in Oblivion - hardly accessible to any Mumbai Unorganised Workers Leaders.

So, Mumbai Unorganised Workers Leaders demand immediate sacking of these new 7 BMC Zone IAS Incharges, BMC Commissioner by a Pro-Active Team alongwith CDOs incharge(AC Planning)(Choro ki Sardar) in interest of would-be genuine beneficiaries i.e. Mumbai's Unorganised Workers. Also demand a CID/CBI probe into ongoing loot of BMC post Pravin Pardeshi period.

Qureshi, Anthony, S Bhandari, K.S. Mathur, et.al. supported and in unison demanded CID/CBI Probe into BMC loot & sacking of the BMC Loot's accused.

"Govt. of Maharashtra need to direct the MSEDCL to raise the bills for three months (April, May & June 2020) separately by dividing the units consumed across the 3 months in Corona Lockdown to avoid Overbilling".

Mumbai (MMR): Janardan Singh, Mumbai President of All India Unorganised Workers Congress of All India Congress Committee alleges," Attrocious loot by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited".

They did not take reading during the lockdown. Approximate Bills were raised and the consumers paid the bills.

Now, instead of distributing the total consumed units in equal proportion across the three months of lockdown period, the MSEDCL has raised a combined Bill for the three months and mischievously calculating the total units and charging at the higher slabs.

Distribution of the units across 3 months would have meant the higher rates would not have been applicable.

For roughly a bill of say Rs.1700, consumers have received Bills of not less than Rs 4000, ranging up to Rs 20000. This is a shameful brazenness and outrageous against the vulnerable consumers, many of whom are already going through the mental trauma of loss of wages to loss of jobs, thus staring at a bleak future.

Janardan Singh, Mumbai President of All India Unorganised Workers Congress of All India Congress Committee request Honourable Energy Minister Nitin Raut Jee & the GOVT OF MAHARASHTRA to please intervene and direct the MSEDCL to raise the bills for three months separately by dividing the units consumed across the three months of lockdown.

Please note,"This is against the provisions of Monopolies And Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1969".

He also alleges that he has learnt that all the other utilities have also adopted the same method. This is cartelization, unethical and done with the sole motive of robbing the unsuspecting and vulnerable consumers.
