Through this specially designed 4 week training, you will be introduced to the Sivananda system of practicing Hatha yoga, enabling you to inculcate these techniques in your daily life. The Sivananda system is based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda which is the traditional, exact and easy to learn method of Hatha Yoga that aims at a complete overhaul of the entire being. About the teacher:

Roohi is a registered Shiromani under the Sivananda tradition and is a graduate of the Teachers Training Course at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
