Immunity ke chakkar mein

Ojas bhi girta hai, immunity bhi.

Kadha ko generally ek “immunity booster” ke roop mein dekha jata hai, lekin Ayurveda ke hisaab se har cheez har body type aur condition ke liye suitable nahi hoti. Galat combination, excess quantity ya wrong timing mein liya gaya kadha digestion (Agni) ko disturb kar sakta hai.

Aaj kal “strong immune system” ka matlab sirf supplements, kadha ya herbal drinks samjha ja raha hai. Lekin Ayurveda ke according immunity ek single product nahi, balki ek poora system hai.

Har khansi “gas” nahi hoti… aur har cough “simple cold” bhi nahi.
Kabhi yeh sirf symptom hota hai, kabhi warning sign.
