Position: Institutional Sales Manager (Domestic)
Location: Mumbai (Reporting) | Across Various States in India (Travel Required)

Join our dynamic team as a Domestic Institutional Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our presence across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the domestic healthcare market.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Drive sales through online tenders, ensuring a strong presence and market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and deliver value-added solutions.
Stay up-to-date on pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
Requirements:
10-13 years of experience in domestic institutional sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the online/ offline tendering process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across various states.
Experience of team handling (Sales Executives )
