Short and Quick Morning Yoga Routine 🧘‍♀️
1. Seated Twist x 10
2. Windshield Wipers x 20
3. Windshield Wiper+ leg extension x 6 each side
4. Arm circles x 6 each side
5. Side stretch + twist x 6 each side
6. 5. Cat cow variation x 6

It improves the balance strengthens legs stretches hamstrings, calves and glutes

Sometimes we find our balance or sometimes not at all 😅 Or it takes a bit longer than expected !
