On July 20th, we had the opportunity to conduct a free yoga session at a government school in a village in UP. Vasu led the asana demonstration🙇♀️🙏, while Digvijay🌼🙏☺ captured some wonderful photos.
Approximately 150 children, aged 12 to 14, participated in the session, along with a few of their teachers. The teachers remarked afterward that they were amazed to see the kids sitting quietly during the practice, as they are usually quite unruly in the classroom😁🥰. We also introduced them to the Sadhguru app. After the session, many children approached us with questions about the practice and about Sadhguru❤️
It was a touching experience to witness such innocence and dedication after a long time. Over the past few months of active volunteering, I have found it to be very profound and enriching. Engaging in selfless service has significantly improved my life🪷
