This was a very interesting case of Haemorrhoids/Piles!
A very flabby, dark complexion, dark haired 58 years old man came to us on Dec 01-2023 with complaints of recurrent Haemorrhoids/Piles, previously operated for the same.
At the 1st he reached us on call just complained of pain and slight bleeding without any modalities or associated complaints, we carried on with the PLACEBO and asked him to visit after a week, and educated him for the self observation of things that modify the symptoms.
On the 1st Follow up on 10th Dec-2023, he still came in the same unknown condition but with specifying the sensation to be Burning and not anymore. Again put him on Placebo for a week.
He visited me on 18th Dec-2023 and said after passing the stools due to some difficulties he luckily used hot water to clean and started feeling better soon. That was the key to the case just a single dose of the remedy and he visited me again today 04/01/2024 and said "Doctor I am feeling the best" since 10 days and even my sleep has gotten better which was otherwise disturbed everyday at midnight.
The most desired word for a Homoeopath!
