This is sad but true.

This is primarily a result of the condition of the soil in which our food is grown.

This is one of the reasons I am such an advocate of taking Humic & Fulvic every single day!

Here’s the deal - farmer’s use pesticides when growing foods. After awhile, the soil becomes depleted of humic/fulvic so the seeds they plant can not grow in such depleted soils. To get the seeds to grow, farmers add fertilizers containg nitrogen, phosphorus & potasium. This allows for growth, but results in plants that are significantly lacking in nutrients.
