Melatonin tip since we are heading into daylight savings time.
Low dose melatonin, about 1/2 a milligram (yes, that low) about 3 to 4 hours before you want to go to bed.
You can dose low with a a liquid melatonin.
Don't use high dose pills. Don't take right before bed.
A low, physiological dose several hours before bed will work better to adjust your sleep.
