We will soften, connect, move, massage, play, sing, laugh, and sometimes cry. It’s a baby led class so we follow their lead. (Even if they cry the whole time it’s okay. ❤️)

Wild to be in paradise while back home is getting pummeled with snow. Just hoping everyone stays warm & safe.

So grateful for our friends/neighbors keeping eyes on Felix & our house. Honestly thought we’d only be away for 4 days! Detouring to Miami tomorrow then hopefully back home Friday. DR has been the most magical. 🏝️Lovely people, beautiful beaches, dancing, food & such rich culture. Perfect place to be “stranded.” Might have to make this our yearly winter break!

Where does the time go? Can’t believe this baby is nearing 3 yrs old! 🤯

So blessed to share my love of yoga, health, & mindfulness with so many, especially Lola. She’s been doing yoga since she was in the womb. 😆

Gotta plan another retreat now that she’s old enough to assist! Where shall we go?? 🌎

Prenatal is a season for indulging in all the props and landing comfortably with the support you need (both on & off your mat). So grateful to hold space for so many expecting mamas. 💗🤰🏽

Love a good trend especially when it involves reflection. 2016 was a full year!

Lots of forward movement and adventures. Also always showing up fully for myself & others. I did have a very challenging work experience this year but it led to an even better opportunity where I could apply my learnings, growth, & leadership. So grateful for all of it.

Here’s to an equally full & magnificent 2026!
