How we started & and how we ended the birthday day.

Not sure who else could use this, but offering it up…

Today feels heavy. It’s gloomy, I’m tired (up w/ a toddler from 4:30-6am), and then my thoughts keep going to the “lack”…ie maybe I’m not smart enough, wise enough, good enough, prepared in the right ways, offering the best classes & hitting the right times, pursuing greatness, learning enough, etc…

So I put pen to paper and wrote it all down. ALL the chaos of thoughts. Asked all the questions. Then paused.

And remembered…

Switzerland. Our epic hike. Family. Nature. Abundance. Carrying a sleeping Lola for over an hour uphill. My strength. My resilience. Becoming a mom feeling like a superpower.

Having everything I need within me.

Hope my “Switzerland” reminds you of yours. You got this. 💗

Autumn speaks to my soul. Anyone else?

Happy Autumn Equinox friends! Libra season. Time for balance and harmony. Quiet moments and beautiful celebrations. Dance brilliantly. Laugh much. Reflect inwards. Be curious. Live in the abundance and beauty of opposites, allowing graceful ease in the in-betweens.

And…if it’s still lingering…let go of what’s been holding you back. The uncertainty. The negative self talk. Negative people. Limited beliefs. The anger. The resentment. The distractions. NOW is the time to move forward. Your soul has been waiting. ❤️

Full moon tomorrow with a total lunar eclipse! Great time to release whatever no longer serves you. Refresh. Prepare your mind & spirit for your next chapter. Like the snake it is time to shed your old skin. A beautiful skin is ready to shine in the world & bring you new joys & growth.

No need to manifest anything, save that for the new moon. 😊
