Our body is made of Panchmahabhuta. Agni, vayu, akash, Prithvi, jal. So whatever translation happening in these 5 tattva, happens to our body. Holi is the time of transition from winter to spring. Our body needs to adapt to these rising temperatures. We have realigned our self with the transitions in nature. So let's celebrate Holi and pray to Holika Dahan. Let's align our body's panch tattva with nature's panch tattva and nature will heal all the health problems that have been caused during the winter and will detox our body physically and mentally.
