For women aged over 20 years: We advise them a monthly self breast exam
For women aged between 20-35 years: A Physician exam once in every 3 years
For women aged between 35-40 years: Initial Mammogram and Physician exam every year
For women aged between 45-50 years: Mammogram every 1-2 years
For women aged 50+: Mammogram once a year
