DREAMS DON'T WAIT – NEITHER DO WE.
Our stipend and award ceremony stood as a moment of honour and acknowledgement for every trainee who continued to push boundaries with courage and dedication. At Akshadhaa Foundation, this celebration became a reflection of their hard work — recognising not just what they achieved, but the persistence, curiosity and creative strength that shaped their journey.

Through , we created avenues where creativity turned into opportunity and effort transformed into meaningful earnings. STUDENTS' SHOWCASE SESSION at Akshadhaa

At Akshadhaa, strengthening our students’ skills is one of our key goals.
Through presentation activities, students learn to prepare content, organize their ideas, and confidently present to a larger audience.
These sessions not only build knowledge-sharing skills but also enhance social readiness—such as waiting tolerance, teamwork, appreciation, and giving constructive feedback.
Each showcase helps them grow holistically and prepares them for real-world interactions.

Proud of our students’ steady progress!

Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress is the theme of this year’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This theme encourages us to see beyond limitations and build a world where every person has the chance to grow, contribute, and belong.

Akshadhaa Foundation is committed to this vision through structured learning programmes, pre-vocational and vocational training, therapeutic interventions, life-skills education, and creating dignified work opportunities for individuals with special needs. Our community outreach initiatives in government schools further help spread awareness, build sensitivity, and create inclusive environments from a young age.
Through our , we also provide trainees with real-time production experience and platforms to showcase their skills through meaningful handcrafted products. Every step we take is towards creating an inclusive, compassionate, and opportunity-rich society.

A proud moment for all of us!

Today we celebrate a milestone where our trainees are no longer just trainees, they are now proud employees of AMAZON!

Three of our Retail Fast Track course trainees were successfully placed at the Amazon Yelahanka branch last month. During our recent capacity building session, we received extremely positive feedback from their Team Leader and HR. This session was led by our Founder, Sumana Dutta, who also discussed the future growth plan for our trainees.

We are truly enthusiastic and inspired by their achievements. We firmly believe that a day will come when society recognizes our trainees for their skills and abilities, not their disabilities.

Join us in creating more opportunities for our current trainees who are aspiring for placement in the near future.
Let’s work together, connect with us!
