Hi I am Praveen
A network architect by profession with 15 yrs of experience, working for Indian based MNC. I got the chance to know about this program from my senior in college Prashanth who lives in Melbourne. I was doubtful about the commitment, after so many thoughts, I got the confidence from my mentor and just believed. Congratulations

I'm Arun from Bangalore, working in a MNC.
I have been overweight for many years and the lockdown made it worse.
I did try to go to the gym, tried cycling etc. to reduce my weight. Though I did lose weight, it quickly bounced back as soon as I stopped.
A cousin of mine introduced me to the .works program.
I did have a lot of questions at the start, but I did research on it and was convinced to give it a shot.
A couple of reasons that made me take the plunge:
• 48 days was a short period for me to stay focused
• No bounce back as they taught me how to maintain the weight once I lost it.
Overall, I lost 14.5 Kgs and I am so happy with the result.
