😬 Low back pain is extremely common and something that most of us will deal with in at least some time in our lives.

💯 We use our lumbar spine (low back) for literally almost every daily activity. There is a reason this region of the body is referred to as our CORE. The lumbar spine is the center of our bodies in which our arms and legs move.

🤕 There are many culprits when we're talking about low back pain.
And the way we treat acutely ultimately varies depending on the cause of this pain and how you are presenting.

💪However, in the mid to later stages of rehab, core strength and reeducation will need to be implemented for a return to function. This is consistent regardless of presentation and/or clinician treatment philosophy.

For every inch forward you hold your head,
the weight carried down through the spine increases by 10 pounds.
This cause increased force on the joints. This causes degeneration of the joints & symptoms of pain over time.
🤓Occurrences of Text Neck have been sky rocketing ever since we started going on phones and iPads more often. Even toddlers are looking down more often because almost every toddler has an iPad.
This can cause a new generation of bad posture and decreased lifestyle. Time to bring some awareness & be aware of our posture & how often we are doing it.
