"I'll be his right foot, and you'll be his left" β These are the words of Ghanim Al-Muft's father, which he said to his wife when they found out that their son suffers from Caudal Regression Syndrome and will be born without legs.
Recently, Ghanim Al-Mufta, along with Morgan Freeman, opened the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. And this 13-year-old boy is engaged in extreme sports, swims, shoots arrows, dreams of becoming prime minister and inspires people with disabilities around the world.
After a car accident, Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman's left hand is paralyzed, which is why he is forced to wear a glove. On the stage of the opening of the largest international sporting event, two people with disabilities speak loudly to the whole world about equal opportunities and sport for all. This is amazing. It is a real miracle that today the problems of people with disabilities are discussed at such a high level.
The goal of our company is to help all people who, for some reason, have no hands, get first-class functional prostheses. Bionic prosthetic hands, which in the future will overtake biological hands in terms of functionality.
And in order to fulfill our mission, we talk a lot about this problem to a large audience. One of our joint projects with NIKE was that we trained children's trainers to work with children without hands. Coaches refused to work with such children because they did not know how to teach. They were afraid of harming a child with a disability and had no work experience.
Together with NIKE, we developed an educational program, recorded courses for trainers and taught them all over the world to work with children without hands.
As a result, hundreds of coaches began to take in children with disabilities, new sports sections were opened, and the world once again learned and thought about the problem of people who need care.
