How often do u wash your hair??
I have seen lot of people not washing the hair coz they think it leads to lot of hair fall!πŸ™„

Dry scalp/frizzy hair - twice a week

Oily scalp - alternate days

With sulphate and paraben free shampoo does no harm.

Acne has been one of the major skin problems since ages to both men n women!

Least known is the fact that apart from other factors like harmones, lifestyle, products used on face,food also can aggravate or cause acne.

Any food which has high GI( glycemic index)and GL(glycemic load) which increases the IGF-1 (Insulin like growth factor -1) causes sebaceous gland to produce sebum (oil) and leads to acne.

GI here means any food which raises the blood sugar level.

Avoiding food with high glycemic index . And. Incorporating more of Omega 3 righ food , fibre rich food will help in reducing the inflammation
And you move a step towards combating acne.
