Do you suffer from a stiff and sore back? Our therapists at Fitdeck are here to help you alleviate that discomfort and tension!

In addition to our professional massage services, we recommend incorporating these simple exercises into your daily routine to help prevent and reduce stiffness in your back:

Cat-Cow Stretch: Get on your hands and knees and inhale as you arch your back up towards the ceiling (cat position), then exhale as you lower your back and bring your head up (cow position). Repeat 10 times.

Child's Pose: Kneel on the ground with your toes touching and sit on your heels. Reach your arms forward and place your head on the ground, holding for 30 seconds.

Cobra Stretch: Lie on your stomach with your palms flat on the ground under your shoulders. Push up with your arms, lifting your chest off the ground and hold for 10 seconds.

Seated Twist: Sit on the ground with your legs crossed. Twist your upper body to the right and place your left hand on your right knee, holding for 10 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
