Navaratri brings in lots of happiness, positivity and a unique connection towards the goddess.
Inspired by my mom, i did puja all the 11 days wearing our traditional 9 yards saree. That was such a bliss. The maa kolam every day was with peacock theme.
Morning puja, afternoon hospital and evening prasadam distribution in temple.
Now that the 11 days of pure bliss is over.. let's carry on our duty with more humbleness and awareness

What an inspiring day at the CME by Doothpapeshwar – a brand I’ve admired since my college days for their uncompromising quality in bhasmas & formulations.

🎤 Had the privilege of delivering a session on “PCOS – Understanding through Ayurveda”, and was truly humbled by the overwhelming response from the audience.

💡 The highlight was meeting Dr. Mukesh Chawda and gaining insights from his research-backed lecture – a reminder of how Ayurveda continues to grow through science & dedication.

🙏 Grateful to DPL, SHL, Dr. Amulya, Dr. Shakuntala Madam, Dr. Shubamangala & the RAAAOUS team for making this event so enriching.
