Pay attention to your physical exercise regime. Jogging, running, swimming, dancing, playing any field or court games are good aerobic exercises..

Diet with macro and micro nutrients are very important.carbohydrates with moderate GLYCEMIC index and good biological proteins and healthy fats.

Proper nourishment to your body with lots of vegetables and fruits intake together with their milk consumption.twice par day 2 glasses full.

Keep away from junk foods.bakery products.
Replace this with plenty of fruits .nuts.dried fruits.

Sleep for 8 hours .drink water keep hydrated
