Stop These Blunder mistakes when starting your weight loss journey:

1❌️- Choosing a HIIT workout when your body isn't ready for it. Because we assume, the more we sweat, the more calories we burn, faster the result, oh wow we are doing correct. Absolutely wrong

✅️Instead- Do a low to medium intensity workout in the starting phase and gradually increase the intensity. Can choose any form of exercise like Yoga, aerobic, crossfit, weight training and many other options

2❌️- Working out for 2 or 3 hours a day OR Morning and evening.

✅️Instead- Start with 30- 45 min a day where you feel energized, fresh after workout and slowly increase duration. 

3❌️- indulging into some temporary fad diets such as: liquid diet or just salad, Low to no carbohydrate diet etc.

✅️Instead- Eat a meal which is a balanced combination of carbohydrate, Protein, fat, Vegetable and fruits.

4❌️- Setting unrealistic goals such as losing 10 kgs in 30 days or 60 days just because someone somewhere did that

✅️Instead: Target safe weight loss. As per the studies it is safe to lose only 0.5 to 1 kg in a week.

5❌️- Getting obsessed/ impatient with results and numbers on the weighing scale.

✅️Instead- Focus on aesthetic results such as feeling light, getting better while performing exercises, glow on face, mood and energy boost up etc.

Along with all these, Sleep(rest) well and drink enough water and you will surely gonna lose weight in a healthier way which will stay for longer.

Easy way to Stay Light Fit Flat Fun Fast while travelling.

This is usually what I do. I am a big time foody and can't keep myself hungry anytime.

What I follow:

🚘1- I drink enough water and make sure I am hydrated all the time. It does wonders in eliminating bloating and keeping the digestive system light, mood boosted.

🚘2- I usually have buttermilk, fermented milk or lassi in drinks to keep my gut health good while travelling. Sometimes I drink coffee or tea when I am exhausted and tired. Avoid aerated drinks. They will bloat you big time.

🚘3- Eat Fruits. I especially eat apples. It's easy to carry, fibrous, sweet, crunchy, tasty and easy to digest as well.

🚘4- For meals I prefer simple food with less spices specially white rice. Other than white rice, dal/ mixed daal, Wheat Chapati is always preferable. And if I feel like then only having chicken, fish, prawn or egg that too with less spices.

I have a big sweet tooth. For that I carry homemade dessert made of various seeds and nuts. Or even sometimes I eat ice cream outside or a small chocolate.

POV: Itna chalta hai. Jindagi jeeni hai katni nai hai.  
These tips always work for me.

Are greens essential for the body?......

Yes yes very much. And how many of us eat raw veggies or even a serving of fruits. Sadly very less 😬 

Greens contain all the micronutrients and a lot of fiber which body and its all vital organs need to function better. Heart, lunges, kidney, liver and all other.

Healthier all the organs are, better the body can perform, faster the results of your various fitness goals. 

Absence of which makes one to take supplements to overcome various nutrient deficiencies.

That curve on the back of the body brings good body shape regardless of gender.

The back muscle has nothing to do with this beautiful curve. The courtesy goes to toned glute muscles and to core when trained properly. When trained correctly and consistently Glute muscles form a good shape which gives an illusion of curvaceous back.

To get this attractive 😍 curve train below mentioned sections of glutes:
