As the term suggests, CPP is just that - Unbiased Comprehensive Physical Preparation. No matter what type of Athlete you are - Recreational, Amateur or Professional - You are still Human. Every Human needs well-rounded Strength & Conditioning Levels at the base of all complex physical skills or sport. The absence of such comprehensive physical abilities usually leads to breakdown in any competitive endeavour or even activities of daily living (ADL). CPP can be viewed as a way to a method to negate the incidence of injury, illness or disease. What are the Physical Abilities that are thought to be necessary? Through our experience at NAMMAxFit, we have a listed the elements that need to be developed in the following order;
> Flexibility - Mobility & Strength
> Endurance - Aerobic & Anaerobic
> Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction & Quickness - SPARQ
Training is progressive. You will learn new skills and drills. There is no end.

~ 80% of the time - you need to be following sustainable food habits. Eating personally cooked food.
~ 20% of the time - Eat outside but in moderation. Most of us have it flipped the other way around. But there is a hack for everything. We will teach you how.
