You can’t heal what you don’t feel.

Emotions are a Nuero peptide and if your emotional experience isn’t fully metabolized those emotions gets stored in the body’s tissues.

Trauma lives in the body not just the mind.

Just like if your body doesn’t use all the sugar you feed it, it gets stored as a substance that if it accumulates too much will cause your mental and physical health to suffer.

Emotions are no different.
Emotional avoidance does not heal the wound nor fix your problems it only exacerbates it and makes it worse for longer.

If you want to heal it’s time to find a safe place to feel.
