Remotely is a chest patch which is built to monitor human body vitals such as:
• Temperature
• SPO2
• Heart Rate
• ECG
• Blood Pressure (without cuffs)
• Fall Detection
• GPS
• Heart blockage percentage
• Platelet count
• Creatinine levels
Device is setup by the doctors when patient visits them at medical centers. Once the patient is registered and the device is patched to the patient, Remotely mobile application is downloaded on the phones which collects the real time vitals information of the patient and the same is sent to the cloud. This information is readily available for the doctors or the nursing stations for continuous monitoring.
Incase of any variations alert messages are sent to the medical center, doctors, nursing stations and immediate family members,
which enables swift actions which can save the patient. Incase the patient needs hospitalization ambulances can reach the location of the patient as the device also maps the GPS.
