Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Ex*****on: Develop & implement strategic sales plans targeting hospitals/super-specialty hospitals for AI-powered patient engagement platforms. Drive lead generation and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with hospital decision-makers, conduct impactful demos/presentations to showcase operational and clinical benefits.
Solution Customization & Proposals: Tailor solutions to hospital needs, deliver proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
Market Research: Track healthcare trends, patient management tech, and competitors to refine strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with product, support, and marketing teams; manage CRM for activity tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
3+ years in B2B sales, healthcare, or SaaS (health tech preferred).
Proven sales success with strong knowledge of hospital operations and digital health.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Self-driven and open to travel.
