It doesn’t measure fat.
It doesn’t account for muscle.
It doesn’t reflect your hormones, habits, or how you actually feel.

But it’s still being used to label people as “overweight” or “obese”—often without context, and with real consequences for their health and self-worth.

👉 Here’s the truth:
A high BMI does not automatically mean you’re unhealthy.
In fact, some of the fittest bodies would be flagged as “at risk” by BMI standards.

The number of times I've had clients tell me how they lost 3-4 kgs with Intermittent Fasting and then gained it all back when they stopped is way too many.

Intermittent fasting is not a magical solution. It's just forcing you to be in a calorie deficit by restricting your feeding window.

Eating early doesn't guarantee weight loss. If you go to bed around 11AM, an early dinner will only make you hungry before bed and leave you reaching out for a snack 🥨 making it harder for you to be in a calorie deficit.

Stick to a meal time that works for you, preferably 2 hours before your bedtime.
