2) Hearing & Your Brain — Myth: C
Even mild hearing loss increases listening effort and can shrink social connection. Consider scheduling a hearing evaluation. If you use hearing aids, aim for regular, all-day wear as advised by your audiologist.
3) Sleep & Your Brain — Myth: B
Regular timing supports memory; “catch-up” can’t fully reset body/brain clocks. Consider fixing a wake time and getting morning light.
4) Vision & Your Brain — Myth: C
Reading glasses help near focus; they don’t fix glare/contrast/depth. Consider an annual eye exam, update lenses, and add task lighting/contrast.
5) Food & Your Brain — Myth: C
Shift toward a mostly unprocessed, plant-forward pattern and fewer ultra-processed foods. Supplements, if needed to fill gaps—not replace food.
