I wondered where everybody had been! This is good to know. It's ridiculous to have 2k friends and only 10-15 are allowed to see posts.

This looks simple but whole liver spleen and more than 50 % of abdominal contents are outside and cannot be put back in 1 go. Will need ICU care, Resporatory care and also care for trouble some abdominal compartmental syndrome- which can be dangerous.
