Food is medicine has proven again 🙂🙂

I am so happy to share latest reports of one of my clients ☺️

One n half months before when she came to visit me for weight loss, i asked her to go through all blood tests since that's important for fitness journey.

That time we got know she is diabetic

Her HBA1C was 11.1

Random sugar 272

We started working on lifestyle changes and didn't start any medicine 💊.

I asked her to repeat HBA1C and sugar test again for monitoring

Now HBA1C is 6.9

Random sugar 151

Fasting sugar 78

I truly believe in magic of Lifestyle changes and highly recommend it..

Most of us are so busy nowadays that we don't have enough time to cook and eat right..Here I am posting few quick n heal...

Most of us are so busy nowadays that we don't have enough time to cook and eat right..

Here I am posting few quick n healthy breakfast options below 👇👇

So if you are on weight loss journey or simply want to eat healthy just add these breakfast options 😊

1- overnight oats -( you can use steel cut or rolled oats for this, use normal milk, nut milk or curd based on your preferences+ just add nuts seeds n chia seeds to this.

2- eggs in any form ( omelette, boiled, bhurji , Sunnyside up + chapati or plain dosa )

3-Mix sprouts bowl with vegetables ( just need 5 min time to cook in pan)

4- breakfast smoothie ( if are taking any protein supplement mix in this to take complete meal.

5-paneer or sattu stuffed roti with bowl of curd ( can be prepared in very less time)
