Interactive session with the fitness coaches .community Indiranagar, Bangalore

We need to bridge the gap between fitness coaches/influencers and the medical community. There is a lot to learn from each other

We had a healthy discussion on various topics
- nutrition
- supplements
- diet
- injury and rehabilitation

I was able to share my ideas and also got to learn more about fitness.

Start by incorporating daily exercise into your routine.

To make it a habit, aim for 7 days a week (3-4 days a week is not effective) for the initial 3 months.

On days when you're feeling sore, try some gentle stretches or meditation.

Make time for your health by setting aside 30-45 minutes daily.
