That’s where osteopathy can help.

✨Is Your Therapist Supporting You or Gaslighting You? Here’s How to Tell the Difference ✨

Therapy should be a safe space—a place where you feel held, heard, and empowered to heal. But sometimes, what’s called “challenging” can cross the line into emotional harm.

Here’s what to look out for:
🌿 You should leave sessions feeling more grounded and supported, even if the work is tough. If you consistently feel lost, anxious, or destabilized afterward, that’s a red flag.

🌿 A good therapist calls out patterns with care, offering clarity and reflection, never blame or shame. Therapy isn’t about piling on triggers—it’s about balancing what’s working and what needs healing.

🌿 You deserve to feel seen and validated—not doubted or dismissed. If your feelings get questioned or minimized, that’s not support, it’s gaslighting.

🌿 Healing is a collaborative journey. Your therapist should walk beside you, respecting your pace and reminding you that you are not broken—you’re healing.
If something feels off, trust your gut. You have every right to ask for safety or seek better support. Your healing matters.

💛 Because healing is not about battling yourself—it’s about reclaiming your peace.
