On Kargil Vijay Diwas, we tried to honour a fraction of that spirit.

We ran a military ops–style workout at RSF, hoisted the flag, and spent time with three veterans (Col. Gopal Tippani Kaushik, VSM, Col. B G Cariappa & Commander Arun Gopalswamy) who shared Kargil stories most of us have never heard… the cold at 18,000 ft, the loads they carried, the buddies they wouldn’t leave behind, and the discipline to keep moving when nothing in the body wanted to.

Their message was simple: show up, own your role, put the team first.
We’ll carry that with us in training, in coaching, and in life.

Think you’re training your glutes? Not quite.

Your glutes = three muscles — maximus, medius, minimus.
And if squats and hip thrusts are all you do, you’re leaving strength, control, and injury resilience on the table.
