On June 22, 2025, INDICA Ritambhara Gurukulam marked International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm!

Sri Datta Prasad, Coordinator at Indica Yoga, expertly guided a serene practice session, blending gentle movements, conscious breathing, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. Dr. Vinayachandra Banavathy, Co-founder and Director of Indica Yoga, welcomed participants with opening remarks.

The event brought together around 25 yoga enthusiasts from the Gurukulam community, cultivating a sense of togetherness and well-being through the practice of yoga.
