I feel like Tony Stark would've found therapy very difficult.
Not because he doesn’t need it…
But because he’s too good at pretending everything is fine.
He’s a genius. A billionaire. A superhero.
But also…
A little boy who lost his parents early.
A man who thinks his value comes from what he does, not how he feels.
Someone who cracks jokes and avoids serious talks.
(Kaafi log aise hote hain na? Har baat ko funny bana dete hain.)
He hides behind his suit, tech, and sarcasm.
But deep down, he just wants someone to understand him.
Someone who doesn’t need him to save the world.
Just someone who’ll say,
“It’s okay to not be okay.”
We all know people like this, the “high-functioning” ones.
They look like they’ve got it all together.
But deep inside? They’re tired and emotionally exhausted.
They never ask for help.
Because they’re scared, “Log kya sochenge?”
But therapy isn’t about fixing anyone.
It’s about slowing down enough to ask:
“Who are you when you’re not saving the world?”
And maybe, that question is for all of us, too.
If there were one superhero you’d send to therapy, who would it be?
And if you’re honest…
What part of them reminds you of you?
Let’s talk.
