For me weight loss was a big challenge.

I wanted a sustainable diet & workout. I tried gym, yoga but nothing worked out...I used to get tired very easily, but after joining the weight loss program @ Rustic Wisdom I enjoyed the journey & I lost 18 kgs in 6 months.

I could even manage my weight during festivals and functions. I recommended Rustic Wisdom to my friends and relatives and they have seen positive changes in their health.
