One of the happiest moments for a doctor is telling a patient that all their reports are normal. ❤️

One of the saddest moments is watching the patient feel like the tests were a waste because nothing serious was found. 😭😂

Trust me, a normal report is money well spent and peace of mind is priceless.

POV: You politely ask for the consultation fee…
…and suddenly become the patient’s therapist, financial advisor & life coach 😭

“Doctor I lost my job…”
“Doctor my business is down…”
“Doctor children fees…”
“Doctor petrol rate…”
“Doctor EMI…”

Meanwhile me trying to process everything after simply saying:
“Consultation fee is ₹500 🙂”

Not every doctor asking for fees is heartless.
We’re also running a clinic, staff salaries, rent, machines, electricity & medicines behind the scenes.

Sometimes people forget doctors are working professionals too 🥹

‘How to think of 365 reel ideas per year.

* Treating patients confidently ✅
* Explaining acne mechanism confidently ✅
* Choosing trending audio ❌
* Writing captions ❌
* Deciding cover photo ❌
* Posting consistently ❌😭

Tube se glow nahi… damage bhi milta hai.🚫🧴

TSDF (Topical Steroid Damaged Face) is something I’m seeing more and more these days — people using random “fairness creams”, chemist suggestions, or someone’s skincare recommendation without knowing that many of these creams contain steroids.

Initially skin looks “better” temporarily:
✨ acne reduces
✨ skin feels smooth
✨ redness settles

…but slowly the damage starts showing:
⚠️ sudden acne flare-ups
⚠️ redness & burning
⚠️ skin thinning
⚠️ sensitivity
⚠️ visible blood vessels
⚠️ pigmentation & dependency on the cream

And the worst part?
Most people don’t even realize the cream causing the “relief” is actually the reason behind the worsening skin barrier.

TSDF treatment is not an overnight fix.
It needs patience, proper guidance, barrier repair, and stopping the cycle gradually in the right way. 💙

Please stop self-treating your face based on reels, pharmacy advice, or random suggestions. Your skin deserves medical treatment, not trial and error.

If your skin suddenly reacts whenever you stop a cream — that’s a red flag. 🚩

Healthy skin > temporary fairness.

POV: You thought this tiny fingertip amount was enough SPF 😭☀️

Most people spend on skincare, facials and treatments… but then apply sunscreen like it’s a luxury product that has to last forever 😅

For adequate protection, the commonly recommended amount for face + neck is around the three-finger rule (index + middle + ring finger coated with sunscreen). It helps ensure you’re applying enough product to actually get the SPF written on the bottle.

Because SPF 50 on the bottle ≠ SPF 50 on your skin if you’re underapplying. 👀

✔️ Apply generously
✔️ Don’t forget ears & neck
✔️ Reapply every 2–3 hours if outdoors
✔️ Makeup doesn’t replace sunscreen

Tiny amount = tiny protection 🫣
Three fingers = your skin barrier saying thank you 🤝☀️

POV: Doctor ,what actually causes acne?
PS: Mother is always right.

Acne is usually multifactorial.
If you only treat the surface,it will keep coming back.
CLEAR SKIN= trigger control + proper treatment + barrier repair.
