Even tiny efforts toward recovery are important β¨. Sometimes just trying is enough π€πͺ, and that in and of itself is a show of strength πΈ. Healing is a slow, peaceful journey π€οΈπΏ, not a race πβ.
You might be surprised to learn how important daily acts are π±. You can gradually change your mindset by getting out of bed πβ‘οΈπ, breathing deeply π¬οΈπ§ββοΈ, or selecting a positive thought πβ¨. Meaningful actions include taking a little stroll πΆββοΈπΈ, speaking with a trusted person π£οΈπ, or giving yourself permission to relax π΄π.
