A guided session where sound vibrations gently quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and allow the body to heal naturally.

Sattvic Mauna – 30 minutes of conscious silence daily.
A small practice that calms the mind and restores inner balance.

Sattvic Mauna is a daily yogic discipline of conscious silence.
Practiced at the same time each day, it helps regulate the nervous system, reduce mental reactions, and strengthen self-awareness.

Silence is not about stopping speech.
It is about stopping inner noise.

One-Line Rules (for Students)

• Fix one same time daily for Mauna to build discipline
• Practice during breakfast, dinner, morning on waking, or before sleep
• Can be practiced during yoga practice or mindful walking
• Minimum 30 minutes; slowly increase up to 1 hour
• No gadgets, no music, no reading, no writing
• Maintain complete verbal silence
• If family or friends are around, inform them beforehand so they support and do not disturb
• Sit, eat, walk, or move with full awareness and ease.

A Reflection on Death and Freedom

Death ends the slavery of the body—
the endless cycle of hunger, pain, pleasure, fear, and desire.

No intelligence,
no power,
no fame,
no wisdom,
no virtue—
nothing exempts anyone from death.

This truth exists to strip us of illusions:

● pride
● fear of death
● attachment to reputation
● anxiety about unfinished business

All must be laid down.

“Thou hast embarked, thou hast made the voyage, thou art come to shore; get out.”

Life is a journey, not a possession.
When the voyage ends, one must step ashore—calmly, without resistance.

After death, only one of two things can happen:

If God exists, you will enter another life.
There is nothing to fear.
The journey simply continues.

If nothing exists, then there is no pain,
no pleasure,
no suffering,
no desire.
You are finally free from the body.

Either way, fear of death is unnecessary.

Everyone before you has died.
Everyone after you will die.

So live well.
Act justly.
Fulfill your duty while time is given.

And when the moment comes—
leave without complaint.

Be prepared, when the time arrives,
to depart peacefully and with dignity.

Suffering is not caused by the senses,but by unconsciousness behind them.Yoga awakens that intelligence.
