Search for Truth, God, and God alone, this rightful desire will take you to the suitable path for your evolution. Don't look for Kriya Yoga or some path, it doesn't make any sense. God will show you, the right path if you have that burning and unquenched desire to realize Him. It might lead to Sri.Guru.Mahaavatar Babaji or Ramakrishna Paramahamsa or to Meera Bai or Kabir. We never know. Don't stop until you experience Him.

The Goal of Yoga is not fitness or good health. The aim of Yoga is to unite the individual consciousness with the eternal, universal consciousness. Good health and calmness of the mind, anxiety-free, stress-free life are just the by-products of the sadhana/practice of union(Yoga). 🙏

Aadi Kriya Yoga class on MahaShivaratri🙏
The class was filled with people from varied professions. A Hypnotherapist, 1 Neuro Surgeon from Bangalore, another Neuro Surgeon from GREECE 😃, an upcoming yoga teacher, and an IT professional. Everybody was so enthusiastic and wonderful in their humility and zeal for learning. Their dedication was awesome. Blessed to share and teach Aadi Kriya yoga to them🙏
