Three set of vegetables range you should never miss to add in your daily diet routein:

1) Green leafy vegetables ☘️🥬🥦🥗:
Spinach and many other green leafy vegetables are low-calorie vegetable that is high in fiber and nutrients, making it an excellent addition to a weight loss diet. Sedentary lifestyle have wide-ranging adverse impacts on the human body including increased all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease mortality, cancer risk, and risks of metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidemia and also musculoskeletal disorders such as arthralgia and osteoporosis.
Sedentary lifestyle doesn't mean you are lazy. It is a lifestyle type, in which one is physically inactive and does little or no physical movement and or exercise.
Sitting for more than 7 to 10 hours a day is bad for your health.
Here are some tips for yo:
1) Walk for five minutes every two hours. Walk and talk in your phone calls. Always stand or walk around when you're on the phone.
Get up and walk around or march in place during TV commercials.
Do a few sets of heel raises, where you stand on your toes.
Do a set or two of push-ups against the kitchen counter or wall..

2. Portion control is important when you're trying to lose weight and keep it off.
To get a better handle on what you're eating, you could carry around measuring cups. Measure right quantity and eat.

3. Adding raw food in diet is important as raw food is low in calories, high in fiber, and it should be based on primarily healthy whole-plant foods, so eating this way will lead to weight loss. Make sure 50% of your food portion should be raw.
