Case of Dental Tauma in childhood which resulted into an infected cyst bulging through the labial cortex of Rt Lateral Incisor around 10 yrs after the traumatic event.
Lat Incisor was extracted & Cyst was enucleated via intraoral approach.
Adjacent teeth were root canal treated as both had external root resorption,open ends of roots were sealed with MTA.
Following satisfactory wound healing,replacement of missing tooth was accomplished with EMax full ceramic crowns.
