🌿 Grateful and Blessed to Celebrate International Yoga Day 2025 at Nutan College, Bhopal (M.P.) 🌿

On June 20th and 21st, 2025, I had the wonderful opportunity to join the vibrant community of NCC cadets, dedicated staff, and fellow participants in observing as instructor on special occasion of International Yoga Day. ✨

Every moment was an embrace of peace, presence, and purpose. Yoga has always been a passion, and being able to practice it in such a serene and supportive environment made the experience even more special. 🙏

With the beautiful backdrop of Bhopal—the City of Lakes, I felt a deep connection to the present moment and a renewed sense of inner calm. 🧘‍♀️💖

Trāṭaka is a yogic purification.
Tratak is a powerful yogic practice (one of the Shat-Kriyas) where you gently gaze at flame. It helps calm the mind and Trataka is a meditation technique to still the mind and improve focus.
