Fluid Pilates is a dance inspired workout that combines the artistic elements from Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and blends them with the foundations of Pilates.

This workshop is open to all levels and it will enable you to find your flow, develop awareness of the body and build on the technical foundations of strength and conditioning.

Cyclic hyperventilation has rightfully gained a lot of followers in the last few decades. However this process of breathing has existed in the Pranayama tradition for thousands of years. Even so, all innovations are great and i personally practice both pranayama as well as the more modern methods like Wim Hoff. The benefits are significant and definitely worth including in your breathing and meditation practice:)

Anyone who has practiced conscious breathing practice or any kind would know it feels amazing. Some of these practices like pranayama were developed thousands of years ago with the intuitive knowledge of the sages. To our great fortune, we can now use modern scientific studies to further understand these practices and also discard any unnecessary belief systems. Every field of knowledge must undergo scrutiny and yoga is no different.

I have drawn the above from the studies conducted my Cellular Biologist and Yoga practitioner Dr S Balasubramaniam.
